Some of what you carry
isn't yours.

Past-life and unconscious regression sessions for the seekers, lovers, and quiet questioners standing at the edge of who they've been.

i

A return to the part of you
that already knows.

Most of what shapes a life is decided beneath the line of memory. A pattern in love. A grief that doesn't soften with time. A fear that arrived fully formed and won't say its own name. We try to think our way out, and the thinking only tightens the knot.

The work I offer is older than the language we have for it. We slow down. We drop beneath the storyline you've been living and meet the moment where it began — sometimes in this life, sometimes in one before it. We don't argue with what's there. We don't perform any of it. We listen until the part of you that's been waiting to be heard, finally is.

In a session, that listening tends to take one of two shapes. Past-life regression — for the part of you that arrived already wounded, already remembering. Unconscious regression — for the part formed inside this life, in moments too early to be put into words. Either way, we don't go looking for spectacle. We go looking for what's true, and we let the truth do the work.

Sessions are private. They are not a performance, a reading, or a fix. They're an attended remembering. What changes afterward isn't always loud. Often it's quieter than that — a pattern that no longer fits, a softening where there used to be flinch, a clarity about what's actually yours to live.

Those at the edge
of who they've been.

The woman at a threshold.

She is doing well by every visible measure and quietly suspects she is living a life she chose before she knew herself. She wants to know what's actually hers.

The man with a long pattern.

He has loved more than once and watched the same shape repeat. He's read the books, done the inner work, and the pattern is still there, because the place it lives can't be reasoned with.

The seeker, the artist, the quiet one.

You're not in crisis. You're in the long, slow recognition that there is more inside you than you've yet expressed — and you're done postponing it.

Mystic, poet, guide

I am a wandering poet, mystic, and student of the older traditions of remembrance. I came to this work the way most people who do it well come to it — through my own long apprenticeship to the parts of myself that wouldn't be talked out of speaking.

My lineage isn't one school. It draws from the contemplative traditions, from regression work as it has been practiced for decades, from the long study of consciousness, and from the simple, unsentimental honoring of what's actually true in the room. I hold sessions with care, not theatre. I don't sell certainty. I don't perform mystery. I sit with you in the quiet, and we listen for what wants to be known.

"Words that won't sell you a vision of yourself you will have to eventually let die, but appeal to the part of you that is eternal."

If you are called to this work and the pricing is a real obstacle, write to me. There is almost always a way.

vi

Do I need to believe in past lives for this to work?

No. The work meets you wherever you actually are. Many people arrive curious but uncertain — what comes through in a session is its own evidence, and you keep your own discernment about what to make of it. Unconscious regression doesn't require a metaphysical position at all; it works with the wordless memory of this life.

What if nothing comes up?

Something always comes up — though it isn't always what you expected. The work isn't about producing a vivid story. It's about honest attention to whatever rises. I hold the room so you don't have to perform anything.

Is this therapy?

No. I am not a licensed therapist, and sessions are not a replacement for mental-health care. If you are in acute crisis, please be in care with a clinician. The work I offer is a contemplative and coaching practice, and is best suited to those who are stable and ready to do depth work.

How are sessions held?

By video call, in a quiet room. Plan for two hours, and a soft hour afterward to let things settle. You'll be sent a short preparation note when you book.

If this finds you,
write to me.

Tell me a little about what's bringing you to this work — only what you want to say. I read every note personally. We'll find a time.
